To recharge and remit U.S. Dollars, you need to first pass our KYC and AML review, and then open an HonestAccount. After opening the account, you can use your bank account for recharge U.S. Dollars into the account designated by us, or remit the balance of USD back into your bank account.
i. Click “recharge” in the system, enter the recharge page, fill in the recharge amount and contact information;
ii. The system will display remittance information and remittance postscript;
iii. Remit U.S. Dollars to the bank account specified in the remittance information via telegraphic transfer, and fill in the postscript of remittance to the telegraphic transfer form (be sure to use the bank account of the account owner to remit the funds, and the bank account recharge of the non-owner or the institution will be returned)
iv. We will automatically add the recharged amount to the U.S. Dollar balance of your HonestAccount after we confirm the remitted USDH has arrived;
v. We don’t charge a fee for the recharging service, but the user’s bank may charge a fee.
i. Click "Withdraw" in the system, enter the withdrawal page, and fill in the withdrawal amount, withdrawal bank account and contact information (be sure to use the bank account of the account owner for withdrawal; withdrawal from the bank account of someone other than yourself or the institution will be rejected);
ii. After receiving the withdrawal application, the system will review it;
iii. Once approved, we will remit U.S. Dollars to the bank account you submitted by telegraphic transfer;
iv. We do not charge a remittance fee, but the user’s bank may charge a fee.
