Q: Can I recharge/withdraw via bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) only? Is PayPal ok?

A: Currently only telegraphic transfer is supported for recharge and withdrawal of U.S. dollars. More features will be added in the future.

Q: H ow much is the recharge fee?

A: We do not charge a recharge fee, but your bank may charge a remittance fee.

Q: What if I forget to fill in the remittance postscript?

A: We will not be able to identify you without a remittance postscript. The amount will be returned to the bank account you used when recharging, and any commission incurred by the refund will be borne by the user.

Q: What happens if I use a bank account other than my own/our organization’s to recharge?

A: It is not in accordance with our KYC and AML rules to use a bank account that is not the user’s own/user’s organization. The funds will be returned to the bank account you used when recharging, and the service fee incurred by the refund will be borne by the user.

Q: How much is the remittance service?

A: We don’t charge a remittance fee, but the user’s bank may charge a collection fee.

Q: What happens if I use a bank account other than my own/our organization’s to remit?

A: It is not in accordance with our KYC and AML rules to use a bank account that is not the user’s own/user’s organization. The funds will be returned to the bank account you used when remitting, and the service fee incurred by the refund will be borne by the user.

Q: What if the bank account information filled out at the time of withdrawal is wrong?

A: If you fill in the wrong bank account information, you will not receive the withdrawal. Any losses will be borne by the user.
